Now we're in the land of maple syrup, moose and hot Prime Ministers, things will settle and you'll hear from the Tall One and I a bit more!
We've chosen Vancouver as our home for the time being and honestly it's only been a week but it feels good! Though, I've come to some bad karma the last few days, yesterday I received a soaking at the hands of a hyperactive stingray I was trying to pet and today I tripped on my face onto the bus. Obviously, told the driver I was falling for him... Making my mark already!
Anyway, we can't wait to meet the people and eat the food. I've found at least two places to get a Sunday Roast and today we saw a cheeky Nandos! It's the real home comforts I'm missing. If anyone wants to send out pukka pies and Bourbon biscuits I'm not saying no...
Now we're in the process of finding jobs and apartments and a local. Updates to come!
Needless to say, we're still having the time of our lives and cannot wait to share it with anyone who fancies a visit!
